| RDPA Presents: Food Safe Level 1 |
Saturday March 13, 2010, from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
at Richmond Secondary in Room 111
Cost: $74 (Discounted from regular Continuing Ed price and RDPA subsidy available. See below.)

Topics Include: microbiology, food-borne illnesses, personal hygiene and health, serving and dispensing, food protection and preparation, receiving and storing food safely and dish washing methods.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a recognized certificate in sanitary food handling. Strong English skills recommended. Bring a bag lunch.
Register Early as there is a maximum capacity of 20 students.
If you are attending on your Parent Advisory Councils’ behalf, please have your PAC reimburse you for your registration fee and the RDPA will refund $40 of your registration fee to your PAC upon completion of our claim form.
